"I can help you improve your strength, balance, mobility, and well-being. I use several common tools for strength training (free weights, stability balls, resistance tubing), but I also use equipment such as suspension training systems, MELT balls, Bosu trainers, and Lebert Equalizers. I have worked with clients recovering from surgery, individuals with joint replacement, clients with neurological disorders, and many women who just “want to feel stronger”. I have been a trainer for almost 25 years.
“Utilizing a synergistic approach of my Healing Arts training, I blend a style that is Western based with an Eastern influence; a balance of Swedish techniques complimented with firmer Deep Tissue work. My initial training in 2007 was with Body Therapy Institute in Siler City. In 2013 my education continued under the direction of David Roylance and Steven M. Brown where I studied Traditional Thai Massage with Thai Institute of Healing Arts in Arlington, VA. I truly enjoy the profession of helping others. “
