A trainer for 25 years, Shannon can help you improve your strength, balance, mobility, and well-being. She uses several tools for strength training (free weights, stability balls, resistance tubing), and also suspension training systems, MELT balls, Bosu trainers, and Lebert Equalizers. "I have worked with clients recovering from surgery, individuals with joint replacement, clients with neurological disorders, and many women who just “want to feel stronger”.
